SAUGERTIES, NY — A 49-year-old man was arrested early Saturday following a larceny complaint on West Bridge Street.
Donnie E. Yinger, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at approximately 12:10 a.m. March 28 by the Saugerties Police Department.
Following an investigation, Yinger was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal contempt in the second degree, both misdemeanors.
Yinger was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP court for arraignment.
