WAYLAND, NY — A man was arrested following an investigation into reported domestic violence.
Zachary J. Folts, 42, of Wayland, was arrested April 3 by Steuben County Sheriff’s deputies.
Authorities allege Folts unlawfully entered a residence, forcibly stole property from the resident, damaged property and committed multiple family offenses.
Folts was charged with burglary in the second degree, a class C felony, robbery in the third degree, a class D felony, aggravated family offense, a class E felony, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail.
