Man arrested after foot pursuit in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, NY — Officers working a GIVE Hot Spot Detail observed a Jamestown man walking on Newland Avenue at about 6:45 p.m. April 2, 2026.

Todd A. Dellahoy, 28, of Jamestown, was ordered to stop by officers from the 2nd Platoon who had exited their patrol car.

Dellahoy did not comply and led officers on a short foot pursuit.

He was apprehended shortly after and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

Dellahoy was charged with resisting arrest in addition to outstanding warrants.
