Man cited for retail theft in Richford

RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police have cited a man for retail theft at a local convenience store.

Tobby Marrier, 33, of Enosburgh, was issued a citation following an incident at the Jolley by Stewart’s on March 11.

Police received a report of the theft at approximately 8:59 a.m. on March 12.

An employee reported that an unknown male entered the store and left with items without paying.

Police investigation identified the suspect as Marrier.

Marrier was issued a citation to appear before Franklin County Superior Court on May 4 at 8 a.m. to face the retail theft charge.
