TANNERSVILLE, PA — Pocono Township Police arrested a man on a defiant trespass charge after he allegedly entered a residence from which he had been previously banned.
Aero Lee Smith, 28, of Pennsylvania, was charged following an incident on March 30.
Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Cherry Lane Church Road at approximately 9:32 a.m.
Officers discovered Smith had illegally entered the residence while the owners were not home.
Smith had previously been banned from the premises by the police department.
Charges were filed on April 4.
Smith faces one count of defiant trespass, a third-degree misdemeanor.
