Multiple arrests made in Vestal

VESTAL, NY — The Vestal Police Department has announced 16 arrests on various charges.

Codie Reynolds, 29, of Brackney, Pennsylvania, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with more than .08 blood alcohol content and being in a town park after hours.

Corey Vymislicky, 37, of Endicott, was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after entering an apartment without permission.

Joseph Krawecki Jr., 36, of Vestal, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Kathleen Pellett, 37, of Vestal, was arrested for second-degree obstructing governmental administration for interfering with the arrest of her boyfriend.

Ryan McKinney, 40, of Vestal, was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest for refusing to leave a business when asked to do so.

Robert Gordon, 35, of Westfield, Pennsylvania, was arrested for third-degree assault for hitting the victim in the face with a closed fist during a road rage incident.

Phillip Kasmarcik, 32, of Binghamton, was arrested for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property for possessing a stolen cell phone.

Jeremy Drake, 43, of Binghamton, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Target.

Iree Downey, 24, of Endicott, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with more than .08 blood alcohol content, moved from lane unsafely and failed to use designated lane after a traffic stop.

Jacqueline Henshaw, 41, of Waymart, Pennsylvania, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with more than .08 blood alcohol content, disobey traffic control device and moved from lane unsafely after a traffic stop.

David Kubeli, 55, of Vestal, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Weis.

Spring Kubeli, 57, of Vestal, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Weis.

Preston Walker, 29, of no listed address, was arrested for two counts of petit larceny for shoplifting from Kohl’s on two dates.

Diamond Vincent, 30, of Endicott, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Dick’s.

Jimmy Groats, 38, of Apalachin, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Weis.

Jeremy Wheeler, 45, of Fall Creek, Oregon, was arrested for second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
