ST. ALBANS, VT — Two Philadelphia residents were arrested following a long-term drug investigation by the St. Albans Police Department Street Crimes Unit.
Officers from the St. Albans Police Department, with assistance from various law enforcement agencies, located and arrested Annette D. Edwards and Drayton Jones-Parker at approximately 9:20 p.m. on March 25.
The investigation determined that Jones-Parker, 37, of Philadelphia, committed acts of selling cocaine base and aiding in the commission of a felony.
Jones-Parker was issued conditions of release and lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility with bail set at $10,000.
The investigation also determined that Edwards, 36, of Philadelphia, committed multiple acts of selling cocaine base.
Edwards was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court, Criminal Division and was released.
Both Jones-Parker and Edwards have been arraigned in relation to this case.
