BARTON, VT — A woman was arrested on domestic assault charges following a late-night disturbance at a residence on Duck Pond Road.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks were dispatched to a report of a domestic dispute at approximately 10:56 p.m. March 28, 2026.
Investigation revealed that Ariel Hallisey, 33, of Barton, caused injury to a household member at the residence.
Hallisey was arrested without incident and processed at the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks.
She was cited to appear in Orleans County Superior Court on March 30 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault and domestic assault.
