BETHEL, VT — A woman was arrested on a drug-related DUI charge early Friday after troopers discovered a vehicle that had crashed off an Interstate 89 on-ramp.
Troopers from the Royalton State Police Barracks responded to a vehicle that had crashed off the roadway on the Interstate 89 Exit 3 southbound on-ramp at 12:00 a.m. March 25.
While investigating the crash, troopers detected signs of impairment from the operator, identified as Tiffany R. Wills, 33, of Fairlee.
Wills was arrested and taken to the Royalton State Police Barracks for processing.
She was later released with a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Windsor Criminal Division on May 12, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge of DUI – drugs.
