POTTER, NY — A Rushville man was arrested on a fugitive warrant March 20.
Ulys G. Poore Jr., 48, of Rushville, was taken into custody at 5:23 p.m. on Ferguson Corners Road, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Poore was arrested on an active warrant issued out of Lee County, Virginia.
He was charged with being a fugitive from justice and transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
Sgt. A. Garren and Deputy N. Fultz responded to the scene.
