GREECE, NY — Police are seeking a suspect who allegedly stole merchandise from a home improvement store through a fraudulent return scheme on March 16, 2026.
The suspect entered the store, selected merchandise and then completed a fake return, according to the Greece Police Department.
The suspect was given a gift card with the return money and then left the store without paying for any items, police said.
Authorities are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect to contact the Greece Police Department tip line at 585-581-4016 or email tips to [email protected].
