Multiple arrests reported in Vestal

VESTAL, NY — The Vestal Police Department has released its 10-day arrest report detailing multiple arrests in the town.

Joseph Kleitz, 44, of Binghamton, was arrested for bail jumping in the third degree for failing to appear in court on a scheduled court date or within 30 days thereafter.

Tariq Cardenas-Golden, 25, of Johnson City, was arrested for criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, falsifying business records in the first degree and grand larceny in the third degree.

Kyle Wood, 40, of Endicott, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Target.

Wood was also arrested for criminal trespass in the third degree for entering Walmart after previously being banned from the location.

Mercedez Lee, 29, with no listed address, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Walmart.

Samantha Herceg, 24, of Endicott, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failed to obey traffic control device, failed to keep right and following too closely after a traffic stop.

Ryan Jasak, 39, of Binghamton, was arrested for petit larceny for shoplifting from Walmart.

Anthony Skojec, 63, of Vestal, was arrested for harassment in the second degree and criminal obstruction of breathing.

Gladys Wurth, 31, of Vestal, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with more than .08 BAC, aggravated driving while intoxicated with more than .18 BAC, following too closely and a license plate violation after a traffic stop.

Bobbi Monroe, 40, of Binghamton, was arrested for burglary in the third degree for entering and shoplifting from Walmart after previously being banned from the location.

Joseph Gallo, 49, of Owego, was arrested for harassment in the second degree and criminal contempt in the second degree.

Heather Smith, 40, of Binghamton, was arrested for three counts of petit larceny for shoplifting from TJ Maxx twice and Target once.

Britany Tanner, 24, of Binghamton, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, speed in zone and unlicensed operator after a traffic stop.

Christopher Heeman, 29, of Owego, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with more than .08 BAC, moved from lane unsafely and failed to signal turn after a traffic stop.

Amy Tammelin, 39, of Newfield, New York, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, inadequate stop lamps and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Police said the midnight shift has made 39 arrests for intoxicated or impaired driving since the start of the year as of March 14.
