BROADALBIN, NY — The Broadalbin-Kennyetto Fire Company responded to a possible structure fire on Lampman Road at 7:57 p.m. Monday.
The incident was reported as a strong odor of smoke around the residence, possibly electrical in nature.
The Perth Volunteer Fire Company was toned out for mutual aid.
Police and Lake Valley EMS also responded to the scene.
A thermal imaging camera was brought in to locate the source of the smoke.
Perth fire units were redirected to standby at the Broadalbin firehouse.
The Mayfield Fire Department was asked to standby at their station.
