WAREHAM, MA — A Fall River man wanted on state and federal warrants was arrested March 7.
Manuel Pina-Agee, 39, of Fall River, was located by members of the Wareham Police Patrol Division.
Pina-Agee had two active arrest warrants, including a Commonwealth of Massachusetts arrest warrant and a U.S. Marshals’ federal probation detainer arrest warrant.
The warrants stem from a narcotics investigation led by the Wareham Police Criminal Investigation Division, which identified Pina-Agee as the narcotic supplier for Taylor Fernandes, who was arrested by Wareham detectives in February.
Pina-Agee was on federal probation at the time of the alleged illegal activity.
He was previously arrested in 2019 for drug trafficking and firearms violations as a result of “Operation Gatekeeper,” which was led by the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Wareham Police Criminal Investigation Division.
Pina-Agee was the target in that investigation, which led to his arrest and the arrests of five co-defendants.
Bail was set at $10,000.
Pina-Agee is scheduled to be arraigned at Wareham Fourth District Court on Monday.
