POTTER, NY — A Geneva man was arrested after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection March 8.
Steven W. Irish, 59, of Geneva, was taken into custody following a 4:10 p.m. response by Yates County Sheriff’s deputies to 50 Voak Road.
Deputies determined Irish was at the residence of a protected party while a stay away order of protection was in effect.
Irish was located a short distance down the road and arrested.
He was transported to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment.
