TANNERSVILLE, PA — A 29-year-old New Jersey man faces retail theft charges after allegedly stealing shoes from an outlet store.
Joseph Guevara-Mantilla, of Bergen, New Jersey, is accused of entering the Under Armour store at the Pocono Premium Outlets on June 6 at approximately 6:40 p.m. and stealing 13 pairs of shoes valued at $571.
Police identified Guevara-Mantilla with assistance from the Limerick Township Police Department.
He was charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.
The incident occurred at 1000 Premium Outlets Drive.
