TANNERSVILLE, PA — A 42-year-old man has been charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy following an incident at the Pocono Premium Outlets.
Dennis Perez-Ramirez, of Newark, New Jersey, allegedly entered the Under Armour store on June 6 at approximately 6:40 p.m. and stole 13 pairs of shoes valued at $571.
The Limerick Township Police Department assisted in identifying the suspect.
Perez-Ramirez was arrested on March 2.
He faces charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy, both misdemeanors.
The incident occurred at 1000 Premium Outlets Drive.
