PENN YAN, NY — A woman was ticketed on drug impairment charges following a July collision at the intersection of Lake Street and Liberty Street.
Linda L. Fuller, 67, of Dundee, was issued traffic tickets for driving while ability impaired by drugs and passing a red signal.
Police said Fuller was driving southbound on Liberty Street when she failed to stop for a red light at the Lake Street intersection, causing a collision with another vehicle.
Responding officers noted Fuller appeared impaired and collected a blood sample.
Laboratory results showed Oxycodone, Clonazepam and Aminoclonazepam prescription drugs in her system that contributed to the collision, police said.
Fuller turned herself in at the Penn Yan Police Department and was processed on the charges.
She is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
