BATH, NY — A traffic stop on West Morris Street led to a drug arrest Feb. 25, 2026.
Members of the Village of Bath Police Department initiated the stop at approximately 7:06 p.m. after observing a violation of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
During the investigation, the operator of the vehicle, Miranda B. Neally, 27, of Bath, was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Neally was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor, and issued a traffic citation.
She was transported to Bath Police Department where she was processed and issued an appearance ticket.
Neally is due in Bath Village Court at a later date.
