JAMESTOWN, NY — A woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant and subsequently charged with drug possession after contraband was found during a property inventory at the city jail.
Stephanie Green was taken into custody at Jamestown City Hall around 10:37 a.m. Feb. 20, 2026, on an active bench warrant, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Officers transported Green to the Jamestown City Jail.
During an inventory of her property, officers located quantities of Suboxone and methamphetamine in her pocket, police said.
Green was additionally charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
She was held at the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
