PENN YAN, NY — A woman turned herself in to authorities on an outstanding warrant Feb. 20.
Tiffany M. Burgess, 43, of Elmira, was arrested at the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 4:01 p.m.
The warrant was issued by the Town of Starkey Court for criminal contempt in the second degree.
Burgess was held to await arraignment at the next session of Yates County CAP Court.
