TANNERSVILLE, PA — Police are seeking a man wanted on an active arrest warrant stemming from a disturbance at a retail store in September.

Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the JD store in the Pocono Premium Outlets at 7:55 p.m. on Sept. 5 for a report of a disorderly male.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with employees who advised that a male, later identified as Adham Khan, 35, of Bushkill, was yelling and cursing in the store.

Officers made contact with Khan, who provided false identifiable information and refused to provide a physical identification, according to police.

Khan admitted to acting disorderly in the store, police said.

Khan was arrested and taken to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.

He faces charges of false identification to law enforcement, obstruction of administration of law, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

An arrest warrant was issued Sept. 27.

Anyone with information on Khan’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Pocono Township Police Department.
