PENN YAN, NY — Police arrested a man on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Brown Street.
Robert H. Wood II, 40, of Penn Yan, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, operating without an ignition interlock device and unlicensed operator.
Officers stopped Wood and a check of his license revealed he did not have one and his operating privileges were revoked in New York.
Wood was also found to be in the company of an individual who had a stay away order of protection against him.
Wood was released on tickets to appear in court at a later date.
