JAMESTOWN, NY — A man was arrested on a felony charge after a traffic stop late Thursday night.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s Third Platoon were patrolling near Winsor Street and Harrison Street at approximately 11:58 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2026, when they observed a traffic violation.
Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle.
Officers identified the driver as Daniel J. Pfaffenbach.
A license check revealed Pfaffenbach had 34 suspensions on 11 dates on his New York State driver’s license, police said.
Pfaffenbach was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and issued a traffic citation.
