SARATOGA COUNTY, NY — A Greenfield man was arrested Sunday on a charge of bail jumping in the second degree.
Trevor J. Thompson, 26, of Greenfield, is accused of failing to appear personally for his scheduled court appearance or voluntarily within 30 days thereafter, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
The missed appearance was in connection with his arrest for criminal nuisance in the first degree on Oct. 29, after being allowed to remain at liberty by the court.
Thompson was arraigned before the Honorable Michael T. Woodcock in the Corinth Town Court.
He was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings in that court.
Bail jumping in the second degree is a class E felony.
