RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a theft report on Noyes Street on February 5th, 2026.
Dorcas Button, 41, of Richford, reported at approximately 4:49 p.m. that Kyly Ott, 23, of Richford, had stolen a cellphone from her residence.
Following an investigation, Ott was located at a residence in Berkshire.
Ott was issued a citation to appear before Franklin County Criminal Court on March 24th, 2026, at 8 a.m. on a charge of petit larceny.
