Police execute search warrants at cannabis shops in Tonawanda

TONAWANDA, NY — Town of Tonawanda Police executed two search warrants on Feb. 6, 2026, at businesses suspected of selling cannabis illegally.

Authorities seized suspected illicit cannabis and concentrated cannabis at I Fix Mobile Shop, located at 4232 Delaware Avenue.

The New York State Office of Cannabis Management issued an Order to Seal and temporarily shut down I Fix Mobile Shop pending a formal hearing.

Police also confiscated suspected illicit cannabis from Sweet Puffs Smoke Shop at 3815 Delaware Avenue.

Sweet Puffs Smoke Shop received a Notice of Violation.

The operation was conducted in collaboration with the New York State Office of Cannabis Management.

The searches were based on investigations by the Town of Tonawanda Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau following community information about suspected illicit cannabis sales.
