ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — A woman was cited on charges of assault on a protected professional and resisting arrest following a citizen dispute on Jan. 27, 2026.
Vermont State Police troopers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 4:09 p.m.
Upon arrival, Kathryn Lamadeleine, 36, of St. Johnsbury, assaulted one of the troopers, according to police.
Lamadeleine resisted arrest while troopers attempted to take her into custody, police said.
She was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Jan. 28, 2026 at 12:30 p.m.
