BETHEL, VT — Three people were arrested on drug and weapons charges following a traffic stop on Main Street on Jan. 5, 2026.
Vermont State Police troopers from the Royalton Barracks stopped a vehicle at approximately 9:31 p.m. for multiple motor vehicle violations.
The operator, Natashia Manning, 38, of Royalton, and front passenger Paul Manning, 39, of Royalton, were found to be in possession of cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine and a loaded firearm, according to police.
The firearm was later discovered to have been stolen out of New Hampshire.
A back seat passenger, India Tweedie, 35, of Bethel, was found to be in possession of fentanyl, police said.
Natashia Manning and Paul Manning were each charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property and prohibited person possessing a firearm.
Tweedie was charged with possession of fentanyl and violation of conditions of release.
All three were issued criminal citations to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windsor Criminal Division on Feb. 17, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
