WIND GAP, PA — Police are seeking a woman wanted on retail theft and receiving stolen property charges following an incident at a CVS pharmacy.
An arrest warrant was issued January 6 for Christy Anne Cummings, 38, of New York.
The charges stem from an incident at the CVS located at 855 S. Broadway.
Cummings faces one count of retail theft, a felony, and one count of receiving stolen property, also a felony.
The Slate Belt Regional Police Department is handling the case.
Cummings is described as a white female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
The warrant was issued under docket number MJ-03302-CR-0000001-2026.
