HARTFORD, VT — Three people were arrested on outstanding warrants Tuesday morning at a residence in Chambers Trailer Park.

Hartford Police officers were conducting follow-up on an unrelated investigation at 27 Winter Street at 10:09 a.m. when Richard Taylor, 46, of Hartford, answered the door and immediately closed it upon seeing officers.

Officers determined that Taylor had three active arrest warrants, including two Vermont warrants for violation of conditions of release, one also included possession of heroin, and one New Hampshire warrant for violation of probation.

Officers established a perimeter around the residence while applying for a search warrant.

Vermont Superior Court Judge Mann granted the search warrant for the residence to arrest Taylor.

During the execution of the search warrant, officers also located April Sanville, 36, of Hartford, and Dana Wescott, 42, of Hartford.

Sanville had an instate arrest warrant for failure to appear for a retail theft charge.

Wescott had an instate arrest warrant for aggravated assault with a weapon, simple assault, criminal threatening, aggravated disorderly conduct, and petit larceny.
