ST. JOHNSBURY, VT — A Woodsville, New Hampshire, woman was arrested on a drug charge Wednesday following a traffic stop.
Katie Ricker, 26, was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury barracks were on patrol when they observed the violation.
An investigation determined that Ricker was in possession of controlled substances, police said.
She was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
Ricker was cited to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court.
