LYNDONVILLE, VT — A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday night.
Joshua McNally, of Lyndonville, was stopped by Vermont State Police troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks at the intersection of Depot Street and Hill Street at 10:36 p.m. Jan. 18.
Troopers were on routine patrol when they observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop.
During the stop, troopers detected indicators of impairment while speaking with McNally.
McNally was arrested on suspicion of his third DUI offense and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Feb. 2 at 8:30 a.m. and released.
