HINGHAM, MA — A speeding vehicle crashed on Gardner Street at Harvest Lane on Thursday night, rolling onto its side after striking a utility pole guide wire.
The 20-year-old driver and 18-year-old passenger were not injured in the single-car crash, according to Hingham police.
The vehicle drove off the road, struck the guide wire, traveled across a lawn and rolled onto its side, landing in a driveway.
The driver is being summoned to court on a charge of driving to endanger.
