Thefts from vehicles investigated in Guilderland

GUILDERLAND, NY — Police are investigating a series of overnight thefts from motor vehicles in several residential areas.

The incidents occurred around 3 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2026, according to the Guilderland Police Department.

Residents in the areas of Rosedale Way, Gari Lane, Rose Avenue, Terry Avenue, Jean Place and Morgan Court are asked to check their vehicles and any surveillance cameras for suspicious activity during that time.

Police are reminding residents to lock their car doors even when parked in driveways and to remove valuables from sight, including wallets, purses, cash and electronics.
