JAMESTOWN, NY — A woman was arrested on multiple charges following a domestic dispute on Dec. 24.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 1st Platoon responded to a complaint of a domestic dispute at an East 2nd Street residence.
The victim had visible injuries and reported that Amanda M. Pearsall, 30, of Jamestown, had used a knife to forcibly steal his phone and prevented him from leaving the residence.
Pearsall was later arrested by the department’s 2nd Platoon on charges of first-degree robbery, aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree menacing, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Pearsall was arraigned in Jamestown City Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
