PLATTSBURGH, NY — A man from Altona was arrested Friday morning on a probation violation warrant in Plattsburgh.
Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies took Bradley R. Gardner, 30, into custody at 11:22 a.m.
Gardner had been convicted and placed on probation on Aug. 5 for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony.
Authorities allege Gardner violated the terms and conditions of his probation, leading to a warrant being issued by Clinton County Supreme Court.
Gardner was arraigned before Judge Bruno in Clinton County Supreme Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear again in Clinton County Court at a later date.
