ROSENDALE, NY — A 75-year-old man was arrested Dec. 16 after his vehicle crashed into a snow bank.
Kevin Prendergast, of Rosendale, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .18 percent and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, according to the Rosendale Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of a property damage automobile accident.
An investigation was conducted at the scene.
Prendergast is scheduled to appear in Rosendale Town Court at a later date.
