BROCKTON, MA — A man was found guilty on all eleven counts following a jury trial in Brockton Superior Court on Friday.

Andre Arsenault was convicted of nine counts of indecent assault and battery, one count of assault with intent to rape, and one count of rape.

The charges stemmed from a series of incidents that occurred at Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School, where the victim was a student at the time of the offenses.

The trial began on Tuesday and concluded after approximately three and a half days of testimony and jury deliberation.

Upon the jury’s verdict, Arsenault’s bail was immediately revoked, and he was taken into custody at the conclusion of the proceedings.

Arsenault is currently being held by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office and is scheduled to return to Brockton Superior Court for sentencing on Dec. 19.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Jim Duffy and Jordyn Carpenter of the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.

Detective Catherine Connolly and Sergeant Connor Leddin of the Rochester Police Department conducted the investigation.
