ST. ALBANS, VT — Vermont State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred on Interstate 89 North near mile marker 116 on Dec. 11.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks were dispatched to the scene at approximately 2:08 p.m.
Police located a silver 2024 Toyota Prius off the east side of the highway with significant front-end damage.
Approximately 20 feet of guardrail was also damaged in the crash.
The operator and sole occupant of the vehicle was identified as Holden Robidoux, 24, of Georgia.
Robidoux was transported by ambulance for suspected minor injuries.
Police said Robidoux was wearing his seatbelt and the airbags deployed.
Vermont State Police were assisted at the scene by Stone’s Towing, Swanton Fire Department, AMCARE Ambulance and the Agency of Transportation District 8.
Road conditions were wet and weather was cloudy at the time of the crash.
