ROSENDALE, NY — A woman was arrested following a physical altercation on Nov. 23.
MaryKatheryn Gilday, 39, of Rosendale, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and two counts of second-degree harassment, a violation.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Rosendale Town Court at a later date.
