CAMPBELL, NY — A 37-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into a reported sex abuse case.
Randy B. Johnson, of Campbell, was taken into custody on Dec. 3 by investigators and deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities allege Johnson engaged in sexual contact with a person less than 17 years of age and acted in a manner which was injurious to that child.
Johnson is charged with rape in the third degree, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
