ROSENDALE, NY — A West Hurley man was arrested Wednesday following a dispute.
Keith Brown, 35, of West Hurley, was taken into custody by Rosendale police officers who responded to the incident.
Brown was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor; torturing or injuring animals, a misdemeanor; second-degree harassment, a violation; and trespass, a violation.
He was arraigned in Marbletown Town Court and is scheduled to appear in Rosendale Town Court at a later date.
