ROSENDALE, NY — A woman faces multiple charges following a traffic stop on Nov. 27.
Angela Rizzuto, 28, of Rosendale, was stopped for failing to maintain her lane, according to the Rosendale Police Department.
Following an investigation at the scene, Rizzuto was charged with circumventing an interlock device, a misdemeanor; aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony; driving while intoxicated, a felony; operating with a blood alcohol content above .08 percent, a misdemeanor; and aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, a felony.
Rizzuto is scheduled to appear in Rosendale Town Court at a later date.
