DELHI, NY — A Staten Island man was arrested on a warrant issued by Delaware County Family Court.
Nelson Lopez, 41, of Staten Island, New York, was taken into custody Sunday by Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies after New York State Police in Roscoe notified them they had Lopez in custody.
The warrant was issued April 3 for an unspecified violation of Family Court Act.
Lopez was turned over to Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies and arrested on the warrant.
He was transported to the Delaware County Correctional Facility where he was held for arraignment in Delaware County Family Court.
