JAMESTOWN, NY — Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd Platoon were dispatched to an east side residence around 1:00 a.m. on Nov. 18 for a suspicious vehicle complaint.

Upon arrival, police located a vehicle with Jose Tochimani-Garmon, of Jamestown, inside.

Officials confirmed that Tochimani-Garmon is currently on Chautauqua County Probation.

While speaking to the occupants of the vehicle, Tochimani-Garmon allegedly fled on foot toward his residence.
After a brief foot pursuit, officers took him into custody.

Police said an investigation determined that Tochimani-Garmon had provided alcohol to two juveniles under the age of 18 and two other passengers, both 20 years old, who then consumed the alcohol in the vehicle.

Tochimani-Garmon was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and is charged with four counts of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree and resisting arrest.

He was held pending arraignment.
