FORT EDWARD, NY — A man was arrested after failing to appear in court to answer felony charges tied to a burglary case.
Kristopher R. Bradford, 44, of Delmar, was taken into custody on November 13 at the Law Enforcement Center.
Bradford was arrested on a warrant for bail jumping in the second degree, a Class E felony, according to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy.
The arrest stems from Bradford’s failure to appear in Washington County Court to answer felony charges tied to a burglary case in the Town of Greenwich.
A grand jury indictment led to the issuance of the arrest warrant.
Bradford was processed and is being held at the Washington County Jail on a separate bench warrant issued out of Washington County Court.
