NORTH ARLINGTON, NJ — A retired police lieutenant who served the North Arlington Police Department for nearly three decades has died.
Joseph Cappelluti served with the department from 1987 to 2015.
He retired with the rank of lieutenant.
The North Arlington Police Department announced his death and extended condolences to his family and friends.
