PENN YAN, NY — A Phelps man was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Pennsylvania.
Jacob J. Diehm, 27, of Phelps, was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police on a warrant issued by Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
The warrant charges include possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and unregistered motor vehicle.
Diehm was arraigned in Yates County Court as a fugitive from justice.
He was remanded to the Yates County Jail on $150 cash bail.
The court directed Diehm to turn himself in to the Pennsylvania State Police and return to Yates County Court at a later date with proof he had surrendered to authorities.
