PENN YAN, NY — A Dundee man was arraigned in Yates County Superior Court on drug charges stemming from a March investigation at the Yates County Jail.
Erik B. Hoyt was arraigned Oct. 28 at 11:15 a.m. on an active arrest warrant following an indictment by a Yates County Grand Jury.
Hoyt faces charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.
He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 25 at 11:30 a.m. for further proceedings.
